Caravella Premium Sulla honey has a very delicate flavour, sweet taste (without bitter aftertaste) and pleasant aroma of wild herbs; due to the proximity to the flowering citrus groves, the bees that produce Sulla honey can give rise to an impure but extremely characteristic product. Sulla honey, also known as honey for sportive due to its energy-boosting properties, is a unique and flavorful variety of honey derived from the sulla plant, a type of clover native to the Mediterranean region.
