    Step 1: Cook the Artisan Paccheri Pasta

    •  Boil Water – Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil (use about 1 tablespoon of salt per 4 quarts of water for the perfect balance).
    •  Add the Paccheri Pasta – Gently place the bronze-drawn Paccheri into the boiling water. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
    •  Cook Al Dente – Follow the recommended cooking time on the package, but taste a piece a minute before to ensure it’s firm to the bite (al dente).
    •  Drain & Save Some Pasta Water – Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining to help blend the sauce later.

    Step 2: Warm the Traditional Bolognese Sauce

    • Heat Slowly – Pour the rich, traditional Bolognese sauce into a pan over low-medium heat. Stir occasionally to bring out the depth of flavors.
    • Adjust the Texture – If needed, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to help the sauce coat the pasta beautifully.
